A penthouse apartment with a high degree of privacy, located just by the water in Copenhagen Harbour in the property called Frederikskaj 2, which was completed in 2016.
The apartment is on the 7th floor, and it is the only apartment on the top-floor. So, very secluded and very safe, and the front door of the apartment is a safety/fire door.
As tenants, I will be looking for a family, a couple, or a single person... or alternatively someone to share it, provided I have a very good feeling that the apartment will not be turned into a party house.
The apartment has a big balcony, with a fitted bar-top facing the water. And facing the afternoon/evening sun is the private 30 m2 roof terrace. A big electric awning is installed on the roof terrace - and also big storage boxes, and an extra freezer can be found on the roof terrace.
The apartment has high ceilings (ranging from 2,75 meter to 4,25 meter), and therefore a big "storage loft" has been created in one of the bedrooms (as the intended storage space has been turned into a walk-in-closet). Something that is extremely nice to have, as most modern apartments lack storage space.
Also the high ceilings have made the creation of a nice "loft bedroom" in one of the bedrooms possible.
The apartment is located in a relatively new area of town, but still there are plenty of shopping options nearby - as well as schools and kindergartens.
The Metro Station "Sluseholmen" will open in 2024, and it is about 100 meter from the apartment. The nearest S-Train Station (Sydhavn Station) is about 1 km away. And the Motorway can be reached in a matter of minutes.
High speed fiber network (min. 500/500 Mbit) is included in the rent. A router is set up, and WIFI is available.
If available, it is possible to rent a boat spot in the property's private marina.
Frederikskaj 2 has a Common House with a party room, and two extra bed rooms, which can all be rented by the residents at very reasonable prices. On top of the Common House there is a huge roof terrace for exclusive use of the residents.
